Asbestosis Compensation Advice

The amount of asbestosis compensation payable varies widely in each case and is calculated by considering a number of factors including:

  • The severity of the asbestosis, and how it affects daily living.
  • Pain and suffering.
  • Various financial losses.
  • Care costs.
  • Other out of pocket expenses incurred as a result of the illness.
  • Future financial losses, such as lost wages or income.

As each case is unique the amount of compensation recovered varies but compensation is expected to be between £34,300 to £75,600 for the illness of asbestosis.  On top of this, the sufferer can claim financial losses. Of course we will guide and advise on a case by case basis as to how much compensation is likely to be received.

I can’t thank you enough.  I have found you supportive since the beginning, particularly when things were still very raw.  I would recommend you to anyone.”
